Clothing Judging Start: 9:00 am Superintendents: Charity Wittman and Loretta Hair 4-H Clothing judging will be held at the Ness City Grade School Library. Clothing Construction consultation and Clothing Construction & Buymanship modeling will take place. 4-H members will receive a judging schedule from the Extension Office. See Fair book for more rules. 4-H Photography Judging Start: 9:00 am Superintendents: Stephanie Nichepor and Rachel Harmon 4-H Consultation judging will take place at the Ness City Grade School Art Room. 4-H members will receive a judging schedule from the Extension Office. All photos must be larger than 7"x9" and smaller than 8"x10". All photos must be mounted on Photo boards. 4-H members may exhibit up to 2 photos per class: Animals, Buildings, Landscape, People, Abstract, Action, Flowers, Closeups, Miscellanous, Album (up to 30 prints). See Fair book for more rules. 4-H & Open Class Horse Show Start: 5:00 pm Superintendent: Richard Harmon and Danielle Dinges The Kansas 4-H Horse Show and events handbook will be used as the guidelines for the Horse Show. All Ness County 4-H Horseman will be required to stall their horses at the fair until Saturday. Class List: Halter, Showmanship, Walk Trot, Western Plesure, Western Horsemanship, Trail, Reining, Barrels, Poles, Flags, Costume Class. The Ness City Boy Scouts will be serving concessions.
